What problem does Eydn solve?

Planning a wedding means juggling a dozen disconnected tools. The typical couple plans their wedding across spreadsheets, vendor emails, Pinterest boards, Notion templates, and group chats — nothing connected, nothing that knows the whole picture.

Eydn is a wedding-planning web app that puts everything in one place — tasks, budget, guest list, vendors, seating chart, day-of timeline, and the wedding website itself — with an AI assistant on top that has the couple's full context and gives direct answers instead of generic advice.

How does Eydn work?

Three things make Eydn different from a folder of templates.

  • An AI assistant with real context. The Eydn assistant knows the couple's actual wedding — date, budget, who they've booked, who's RSVP'd — so when a couple asks "Am I behind?" it answers from their real situation, and can take actions like adding a guest or marking a task done.
  • Changes cascade. Move the wedding date and the task timeline shifts, the rehearsal dinner moves, and related fields update — the couple doesn't redo everything by hand.
  • A day-of binder, ready on demand. At any point the couple can export a complete PDF binder — timeline, vendor contacts, wedding-party jobs, packing checklist, seating chart, and ceremony layout — for their coordinator.

What can Eydn do, and how is it performing?

  • Early traction: 124 subscribers in its first two months — with no advertising or promotion. Organic pull this early is a signal of product-market fit, not a marketing budget.
  • Replaces five-plus disconnected tools with one system: tasks, budget, guests, vendors, seating, day-of planner, and wedding website.
  • ~50 auto-generated tasks keyed to the wedding date, 36 pre-seeded budget line items, and a six-stage vendor pipeline with a curated directory plus Google Places fallback.
  • A full RSVP system with QR codes, plus a couple-built wedding website.
  • Deliberately inclusive by design — Partner 1 / Partner 2, Attendant / Honor Attendant, no gendered defaults.
  • Transparent pricing: a 14-day free trial, then $14.99/month or $79 lifetime (one-time), with a $29/year Memory Plan to keep the wedding website live afterward.
  • Built on a modern stack — Next.js, Clerk, Supabase, Stripe, and Anthropic's Claude for the contextual AI.

Who is Eydn for?

Any couple planning a wedding, typically 12–18 months out, who wants everything in one place instead of scattered across spreadsheets and chats. Partners plan together as collaborators; coordinators and parents can be invited with scoped access.
