What problem does HazardOS solve?

Environmental remediation companies — the businesses that handle asbestos, mold, lead paint, and vermiculite abatement — run on a patchwork of tools that don't talk to each other. The typical remediation company runs on spreadsheets, paper forms in trucks, QuickBooks-only invoicing, and disconnected CRM tools. Estimates get built on clipboards in attics and re-keyed later; jobs lose money to untracked time and materials; nothing connects the field to the office.

HazardOS is a mobile-first SaaS platform that runs the entire business cycle for an environmental remediation company in one place — lead capture, CRM, mobile site surveys, estimates, e-signature proposals, scheduling, crew assignment, time-and-materials tracking, invoicing, payments, customer feedback, and analytics.

How does HazardOS work?

The platform is built around the person who actually creates the revenue: the field estimator.

  • An offline-first mobile survey. The estimator walks a property — often a basement, attic, crawl space, or rural site with no cell signal — and builds a structured hazard survey on their phone, capturing photos with GPS. Offline-first means the survey keeps working with no connection: drafts auto-save every 30 seconds locally, photos queue with automatic retries, and everything syncs the moment the device is back online.
  • Survey-to-proposal in one flow. A completed survey converts directly into a hazard-specific estimate, priced per material and abatement method, then a proposal with e-signature — across templates for 8 hazard types. A signed proposal automatically creates a job.
  • Job-to-paid, closed loop. Crews log time, materials, and photos on completion; the platform runs variance analysis against the estimate, generates the invoice, delivers it by email or SMS, and tracks payment.
  • Multi-tenant by architecture. Every customer company is an isolated organization with role-based access from owner down to read-only viewer.

What can HazardOS do?

  • Runs the full remediation business cycle end to end: lead, survey, estimate, proposal, job, invoice, payment, and feedback.
  • Offline-first field surveys with 30-second autosave and automatic photo-sync retries.
  • 8 hazard-type proposal templates with e-signature; signed proposals auto-create jobs.
  • Three subscription tiers — Starter ($99/mo), Professional ($299/mo), and Enterprise ($799/mo, with API access and white-label).
  • Built on a modern stack — Next.js, React, Supabase with row-level security, Stripe, Twilio, and QuickBooks integration — installable as a mobile PWA.

Who is HazardOS for?

Small-to-mid-size environmental remediation contractors — asbestos, mold, lead, and vermiculite abatement businesses — running on spreadsheets and paper that want a single system from field to invoice. The primary daily user is the field estimator; secondary users include schedulers, technicians, and owners.
