Citrus America supplies high quality juicing equipment and solutions to grocery retailers and food service operations across the country. Their juicing solutions deliver on the commitment for Healthy Profits by focusing on TASTE, HYGIENE, and EFFICIENCY. Citrus America juicers are trusted by a wide range of businesses including small cafes, bakeries, restaurants, large grocery stores and recognizable hotel chains.

Challenge

Citrus America approached Asymmetric with the challenge of growing their business in the United States. There was significant market confusion with their competition as well as their European partner brand. They were looking for a partner that could create awareness and increase sales.

Strategy

Our strategy has been to strengthen Citrus America’s digital marketing, thereby capturing as much traffic as possible and addressing market confusion. We first created an optimized landing page that allowed Citrus to capture leads through pay-per-click campaigns and redirect people familiar with the brand name “Citrocasa” to the main Citrus America website.

Additional ad and remarketing campaigns were created to increase traffic to the website and increase conversion rates. We also optimized their email marketing and created a strong social presence. Customized weekly emails and ongoing social campaigns and posts have been developed to create awareness and traffic to the website. We also worked with Citrus to identify and implement a CRM to manage, optimize and segment all marketing efforts.
